Information we collect
Zwenn Bookings collects your name, phone number, optional note, and selected appointment time so the organizer can provide the requested service and contact you about the booking.
Who can see it
Your details are visible only through the organizer’s private management link. They are never displayed on the public booking page or shared with advertisers.
Notifications
If an organizer enables booking notifications, we store that device’s encrypted push subscription and associate it with booking pages saved on the device. It is used only to deliver booking alerts and is deleted when the device unsubscribes or the subscription expires.
Storage and analytics
Operational booking records are retained only as long as necessary. We use aggregate analytics to understand how the product is used; analytics events never include customer names, phone numbers, notes, private access tokens, or push subscription keys.
Your choices
Your private cancellation link lets you cancel the booking. Organizers can disable notifications from Profile or their device settings. Cancellation records may be retained briefly for operational integrity and abuse prevention.
